What is our mission?
We provide a best-in-class short-term rental experience. Our years of experience in the vacation rental industry ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on being an honest, ethical industry leader with a high rate of returning guests.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book online or over the phone with one of our reservation agents at (208) 421-9551. After confirming your reservation details, we will email you a short-term rental agreement. A 50% payment is required at booking to hold the property. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive both the signed agreement and the 50% payment. The remaining 50% is due on your arrival date.
What is the cancellation policy?
We recommend purchasing travel insurance; a Cancel for Any Reason option is available. These policies help protect your stay if unforeseen events occur. Our standard cancellation terms are:
- More than 60 days before arrival: Refund of deposit minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit-card processing fee (if applicable).
- 60 days or less before arrival: We will attempt to rebook the dates. If rebooked at full price, we will refund the deposit minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% processing fee (if applicable). If rebooked at a discounted rate, we will provide a prorated refund based on the discounted rate minus the 4% processing fee and the $250 cancellation fee.
- If we are unable to rebook and the cancellation occurs 60 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
For multi-week reservations, the same policy applies, except the cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental rate instead of $250. Partial cancellations that reduce a stay of one calendar month or longer to less than a full calendar month are subject to Idaho Hotel Occupancy tax in addition to the policies above.
What is the check-in and check-out procedure?
Check-in and check-out are self-service. You may arrive anytime after 4 PM on your arrival date and depart by 10 AM on your departure date. We inspect after each stay, but please also inspect upon arrival and report any serious damage immediately. Property-specific check-in details will be emailed to you approximately one week before arrival.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Many properties are pet-friendly; please inquire about the specific home. Guests are responsible for controlling excessive noise, picking up all pet waste, and kenneling/crating pets when left unattended. A $35 fee will be charged if pet waste is left after your stay. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
Can I host an event at a property?
Events are allowed only with prior approval and at the owner’s discretion. Events include weddings/receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, or any gathering that exceeds the home’s maximum occupancy. Unapproved events may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Acceptance of terms
Any monies received for occupancy indicate acceptance of the vacation rental agreement in full. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and members of their party to be familiar with all rental policies.
