Daniel helps investors manage, buy/sell, and profit from short-term and long-term rental properties. Over the past 8 years, his company has hosted more than 4,000 guests across major listing platforms, earning over 2,500 reviews with a 4.9/5 rating. The team manages more than $40M in properties and supports investors of all sizes to maximize ROI. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys mountain biking, skiing, music, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. He serves on the board at Radio Boise, hosts a Monday morning music show, and works with the Treefort Music Festival. After successfully operating two short-term rentals of his own, friends asked for help—and Habitué’s management services were born.
